Memorial Day 2007

I took these pictures on Memorial Day and didn't have a chance this week to get them on here. It was a little bit of a photo shoot and he was as good as expected to go through this many outfit changes. :)

You can bet I'll be taking more pictures this weekend and posting them!

In looking through my hundreds and hundreds of pictures of Cade, I realized I had taken some good ones a while back but hadn't posted them here. Here they are...

Cade's Great Ma came to visit him a couple of weeks ago.

Heather gave Cade this adorable little onesie... we put it on him when we took him to my office for the first time. Everyone got a HUGE kick out of it. Plus he was in a really great mood (as usual) and everyone just ate him up.

Two Month Doctor's Appt

Today was Cade's first immunization appointment. All in all, I think it went pretty well. He is now 14lbs 1.5 oz's and is 25 1/4 inches tall! That puts him in the 97 percentile for length and 90 percentile for weight! He's still on track for being a big boy! I needed to buy Cade some new socks this past weekend because he had outgrown the ones he had. Actually, he was never able to wear some of the smaller ones he had received because his first were big to begin with!

He received two shots on his left leg and one on his right.

Then he said no more pictures mama!

It's been a couple of hours now since we've been home and he's just started crying out a few times. If he continues this... I think it might be pain from the shots so I'll give him some Tylenol. His pediatrician recommended it. Hopefully this will be it and we all will get some good sleep tonight. Wishful thinking??? We'll see! :)

Grandma Thrash's Handmade Outfit!

Okay, so I'm going to have to get better at determining how big Cade's clothes are by just holding them up to him. I kept telling my mom that the outfit she made Cade was still too big for him. Well, yesterday evening when I was getting Cade ready for his bath, I decided to go ahead and try that outfit on, just to see how big it was. Well... it wasn't! I'll just show you the pictures of him in it... it's adorable!

I thought his bloomers needed to be seen in full too! The waistband was pretty darn tight!

Cade wanted his Grandma Thrash to know that he LOVES his little outfit. He's just mad at mommy for not putting it on him sooner! :)

Yesterday I took some more pics of Cade... again, I'm going to try and keep this short. Doyle is home today and we are getting ready to head to the grocery store. It's amazing you have to PLAN every trip out of the house while having a baby! :) Enjoy the pics!

Oh yeah, I saw this visitor in the dining room window yesterday too. I believe he came in during the week while Diane was here taking care of Cade. She thought he was hiding under the couch. I guess he decided to venture out instead!
