The pool and other great pics!

It was supposed to have reached 100 degrees yesterday. I never did watch the weather to see if it actually did or not. All I know is that it was super hot! Today is supposed to be even hotter. Anyway, Cade LOVED the pool and asked to go in yesterday afternoon too. We left it with just the morning swim though. We'll probably get in the pool today too. Enjoy the pics! I will of course be taking lots of Father's Day pics today too. So come back to see that post as well!

Pirate Ships invade 'The Landing'

A couple of weekends ago several "Tall Ships" came to visit the Landing in Jacksonville. I heard about it on the radio on my way home from work Friday. Doyle got to come home on Saturday night so we all went on Sunday to see the ships.

A lot of people were out on their boats too.

You know Cade really liked this sand sculpture and would have loved to have dug into it!

Cade and dada checked out the pirate ship that was from St. Augustine. Apparently you can have dinner on this ship when it's docked. That would be pretty neat to do sometime.

Here is Cade and momma on the "Bounty". This ship has been in several movies. The only one I remember right off hand was of course... Pirates of the Caribbean.

Cade absolutely LOVES this car commercial! We were watching a show we had tivo'd and noticed the commerical came on. So I ran and got the camcorder and played the commercial again. He is so funny! Enjoy!

I took these pics a couple of weeks ago and am just now getting around to posting them. Brandon and Laurie have supplied the University of Texas wear... and the kids are so cute in them! We can't wait to take the kids to Austin to visit. No idea when that will happen. Hopefully soon though!Did you notice he's holding her foot? How cute!

Harper's 4th Birthday party

Cade got invited to a birthday party that took place at "The Little Gym". This was our first experience with this kind of place. Cade loved it but didn't exactly want to follow along with with everyone else was doing. Here are pictures from that day. Enjoy!

Below are Cade and Elle playing on the same equipment. They didn't talk to each other but didn't seem to mind the other being there too. :)

In the picture to the right, notice all of the other kids are leaning up against the wall hiding their eyes... not Cade! He's playing!

This one is by far my FAVORITE!! The teacher had no idea Cade was sitting back there. How hilarious is this?!!

In all fairness, Cade was the only one around his age. They were all a year or more older or much smaller.

Cade spent the most time running back and forth on this part of the equipment.

Oh, and not sure what I did to get the pics all over the place like this. Obviously I wasn't paying attention when I uploaded them! And I certainly aren't going to delete and start over!

And at one point in time he decided to go play in the lobby! I couldn't believe he did that! It worked out though, that gave me a chance to feed Dylan.

And off he went! He Loved it! This was the last activity before cake and ice cream of the course the pinata!

Cade got his shot too! Only he gave little love taps... everyone thought that was really cute. I was surprised he didn't try and hit it as hard as he tries to hit us with his bats at home!

And once the pinata busted open, I had to tell Cade to go pick up the candy and toys! He had a great time!! That was a great birthday party!

And of course I couldn't not post a pic of Dylan. She was there also, I just didn't get any pics!
